My Experiences in first 2 Weeks of Amal Fellowship :

It was a pleasant experience I learned a lot from it before Amal academy there was no such platform that could help me learn about my professional life and set rules aside for Personal as well as daily life hardships. I feel so lucky that I have the chance to work with. Starting from the first day of my fellowship, I already have a lot of engagements to work with and all these help me to learn quickly. I did make mistakes, especially on the first two weeks, and learned how to correct and “why have to correct” as well

I was not aware of the fact that how to approach things in life and how to form a factor in accordance to all the important things in life. I was unaware of the fact on how to deal with things professionally and form a progressive unit and to work in a closed environment and to form a kind of structure to benefit not only myself but others as well.

Things I have Learned in the first two weeks of fellowship:)

As the journey of Amal fellowship started, they taught us about the value display apart from that Amal academy INFLUENCED US TO set our goals.

Through everyday leadership online course we got to know that the authority is not always required and that we can show our leadership qualities everywhere. Through smart goals they guided us to make our goals smart and progressive.

Discovery About Myself❤

I came here with very little knowledge however, I ended up leaving this experience with a much more understanding of myself and more wisdom about life. It helped me make my transition from the classroom to a professional environment dealing with real-life work for a real-life situation. No more textbook case-scenarios! Sitting at my first important meeting made me feel so legit. This was the real deal and my supervisors had had plenty of experience with interns, so they made sure that every project I did for them would benefit me in some way. This opportunity and my placement specifically have led me in the right direction to develop myself and improve upon the way I approach things in life. I am very grateful for this opportunity and will use the knowledge that I have gained to the betterment of myself and my loved ones around me. When I signed up for this program, I had no idea it was going to be so life-changing. I have loved every minute Not only was I exposed to a network of support but also made lifelong friends and professional connections during my time here.
